早期中西医结合康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用研究

Application of early Chinese and western medicine combined with rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia

目的:探究脑卒中偏瘫患者早期应用中西医结合康复护理的疗效。方法:收治脑卒中偏瘫患者119例,在早期给予中西医治疗结合康复护理。结果:护理后患者HAMA、HAMD评分均明显低于护理前,Barthel指数评分明显高于护理前(P<0.05)。结论:对脑卒中偏瘫患者于早期应用中西医结合康复护理能够有效改善患者的负面情绪并提高患者的日常生活活动能力,有助于提高患者的生存品质。

Objective:To explore the effect of early application of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods:119 patients with stroke hemiplegic were treated with Chinese and western medicine and rehabilitation nursing in the early stage.Results:After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD were significantly lower than those before nursing,and the score of Barthel index was significantly higher than that before nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early application of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia can effectively improve the negative emotions and improve patients activities of daily living,which is helpful to improve their quality of life.
