Discussion on the management method of foreign instruments in the disinfection supply room of primary hospital

目的:探讨外来器械规范管理方法及效果。方法:对已改进外来器械管理流程的2016年与改进前的2015年外来器械管理流程进行外来器械交接流程、清洗质量、包装质量的研究、比较。结果:2015年外来器械交接流程、清洗质量、包装质量合格率均比2014年显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:规范外来器械管理,可有效提高外来器械的清洗及包装合格率,从而保证灭菌合格率,有效减少医院感染发生。

Objective:To explore the management methods and effects of foreign instruments.Methods:The process of external equipment handover,the quality of cleaning and the quality of packaging were compared between 2015 and 2014.Results:In the 2015,the transfer process of foreign instruments,the quality of cleaning and the qualified rate of packing quality were significantly higher than those in 2014(P<0.05).Conclusion:Standardize the management of external instruments can effectively improve the qualification rate of cleaning and packaging of external instruments,so as to ensure the qualified rate of sterilization and reduce the incidence of nosocomial infections.
