规范输血记录的重要性及讨论分析

Discussion on the importance of regulating blood transfusion records

目的:探讨规范输血记录的重要性。方法:选取接受临床输血的患者208例,对其输血记录的规范程度进行回顾性分析。结果:部分患者的输血病程和护理记录缺陷较严重,每季度都存在不同程度的缺陷情况。结论:各部门必须相互协作,齐抓共管,加强输血知识的培训,从根本上控制因输血而导致的医疗纠纷发生率。

Objective:To explore the importance of standardizing blood transfusion records.Methods:208 patients receiving clinical transfusion were selected,and the standard degree of blood transfusion records was analyzed retrospectively.Results:The defects of the blood transfusion course and nursing records were serious in some patients,and there were different degrees of defects in each quarter.Conclusion:All departments must cooperate with each other,pay attention to the common management,strengthen the training of blood transfusion knowledge,and fundamentally control the incidence of medical disputes caused by blood transfusion.
