文书、生态与文化:锦屏文书研究的新进展——2017年第四届锦屏文书学术研讨会综述

Documents,Ecology and Culture: New Breakthroughs in the Study on Jinping Documents: Review of the 4th Jingping Documents Seminar

锦屏文书为清水江文书的重要组成部分。第四届锦屏文书学术研讨会于2017年11月18日至11月20日在贵州锦屏文斗苗寨召开。与会学者主要围绕"文书、生态、文化"主题,从"锦屏文书研究的总体回顾和思考""锦屏文书的收集整理与利用开发""锦屏文书与法文化""锦屏文书与生态文明""锦屏文书与社会治理""锦屏文书与民族文化""锦屏文书与宗族家庭"等七个方面展开讨论。从研讨情况来看,当前关于锦屏文书研究呈现出"具有理论自觉性和反思性的研究逐渐增多""研究的广度进一步拓展"以及"研究的深度进一步推进"三个方面的特点。

Jinping documents play important role in Qingshuijiang documents.The 4th Jingping Documents Seminar was held from Nov.19th to Nov.20th,in Miao village,Wendou,Guizhou province.Centered on the theme of“Documents,Ecology and Culture”,the scholars discussed the following seven aspects:review and thinking of the study on Jingping documents;the collection and use of Jingping documents;Jingping documents and the culture of law;Jingping documents and ecological civilization;Jingping documents and social governance;Jingping documents and ethnic culture;and Jingping documents and families.The features of the study on Jingping documents can be concluded as“increasing studies with theory consciousness and reflections”,“study with more depth and breadth”,and“further in-depth study”.
