On the Relation between Harmonious Ethnic Relations and Social Participation

新时代中国特色社会主义思想基本内涵包括"坚持以人民为中心"和"坚持人民当家作主",党对新时代中国社会基本矛盾的认识是人民日益增长的美好生活需要与不平衡不充分发展之间的矛盾,这些思想均是党的群众路线的深刻贯彻,再次证明我们党是群众路线的坚定奉行者。新时代巩固与发展和谐民族关系伟大实践中,认真对待社会参与问题,也是新时代中国特色社会主义与党的群众路线理论与实践的必有内涵。正是基于如上认知,本文展开论述了以下观点:民族关系问题是社会与群众问题、社会参与是对社会自主权的尊重、社会参与是对党的群众路线的贯彻、社会参与的关键在于社会组织与行动。

The essential connotation of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new era includes that our country is people￣oriented and run by the people,and the party realizes that the basic contradiction in a new era is the conflicts between the people’s increasing demand for better life and imbalanced development,which proves that the party firmly implements the mass line strategy.In the practice of consolidating and developing harmonious ethnic relation,treating social participation serious is a necessity for the the party’s mass line theory and socialism with Chinese characteristics.And therefore,the author holds that the problem of ethnic relation is the problem for both people and society,social participation,the key part of which is social organizations and actions,is the respect for social autonomy,the implementation of the party’s mass line strategy.
