重组人干扰素α-2b注射液联合炎琥宁治疗手足口病患儿疗效及对免疫功能的影响

Discussion on Curative Effects of IFN α-2b Injection Combined with Andrographolide in Treating HFMD Patients and Its Influence on Immune Function

目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b注射液联合炎琥宁治疗手足口病患儿疗效及对免疫功能的影响。方法选择2013年8月至2016年8月我院收治的手足口病患儿90例,按照入院顺序进行分组,单号设为对照组(n=45),双号设为观察组(n=45),对照组给予炎琥宁治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上给予重组人干扰素α-2b注射液,比较两组患儿治疗效果和治疗前后免疫功能变化。结果观察组患儿临床总有效率97.78%显著高于对照组82.22%(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗后较治疗前CD_4^+、CD_4^+/CD_8^+升高幅度和CD_8^+降低幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05),观察组患儿治疗后较治疗前IgM、IgA、IgG水平上升幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿治疗过程中均无显著不良反应。结论重组人干扰素α-2b注射液联合炎琥宁可以有效提高手足口病患儿疗效,增强患儿免疫功能。

Objective To discuss the curative effects of IFN琢-2b injection combined with andrographolide in treating HFMD patients and its influence on immune function.Methods90cases of HFMD patients admitted and treated in our hospital during August2013and August2016were selected as the study objectives.According to the hospital admission sequence,the patients of single number were concluded as contrast group(n=45and patients of double number were concluded as observation group(n=45).Patients in the contrast group were given andrographolide therapy,while patients in the observation group were given IFN琢-2b in原jection combined with andrographolide therapy.Compare the curative effects as well as the immune function condition of before and after therapy between both groups.Results The total clinical effective rate in the observation group(97.7%was significantly higher than the contrast group(82.22%)(P约0.05).After therapy,the ascending rage of CD4+、CD4+/CD8+and descending range of CD8+in the observation group were significantly larger than the contrast group(P约0.05).After therapy,the ascending rages of IgM,IgA and IgG levels in the observation group were all significantly larger than the contrast group(P约0.05).During the process of therapy,no cases in both groups had significant adverse reaction.Conclusion IFN琢-2b injection combined with andrographolide therapy can effectively improve the curative effects of HFMD and enhance the patients'immunity.
