摘要
目的探讨以护生为主体的家庭访视情景模拟设计教学在社区护理学中的应用与效果。方法选择我校2014级100名护理本科生,采用护生自行设计家庭访视情景模拟剧本为中心的教学方法进行家庭访视实践教学,并对教学效果进行评价。结果 (1)家庭访视情景模拟设计教学反馈结果显示,94.8%的护生喜欢家庭访视情景模拟设计教学,并认为通过该教学方法有助于理论知识的巩固和学习(95.7%),增加学习的热情和兴趣(94.7%);(2)社区护理学实践课程评价问卷显示,我校2014级护生课程评价在总分(104.8±6.5)分、课程价值(27.4±2.5)分及行为学习(25.3±3.0)分方面得分高于我校2012级护生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(3)护生自主学习能力较高(110.8±6.6)分。结论家庭访视情景模拟设计教学有助于培养护生的综合能力及自主学习能力,提高社区护理实践教学质量。
Objective Discussion on the application and effect ofhome-visiting scenario simulation design teaching in com原munity nursing with nursing students as the main body.Methods Randomly selecting100undergraduate nursing students of grade2012in our university,andadopting nursing students to design their own home-visiting scene simulation script as the center of the teaching methods for home-visiting practice teaching,then evaluate of teachingeffectiveness.Results淤The survey ofhome-visiting scenario simulation design teaching shows that94.8%of the nursing students who liked this teaching method,95.7%of the nursing students believed the teaching method can help consolidate and learn the theoretical knowledge,and94.7%of the nursingstudentsbe原lieve theteaching method can increase the enthusiasm and interest in learning;于The survey of community nursing practical course valuing(CVI)shows that the scores of the2014class nursing students were higher than those of the2012class nursing students in our school in total scores(104.8依6.5),course value(27.4依2.5and behavioral learning(25.3依3.0,the difference are statistically significant(P约0.05);盂Nursing students have higher self-learning ability.Conclusion Home-visiting scene simulation design teaching can help nursing students to cultivate abilities of comprehensive and self-learning,and improve the quality of community nursing practice teaching.
