FTS下的临床护理路径应用于甲状腺良性肿瘤围手术期的效果观察

Observation on Curative Effects of CNP under FTS Applying to Thyroid Benign Tumor during Perioperative Period

目的探究快速康复外科(FTS)下的临床护理路径(CNP)在甲状腺良性肿瘤围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2014年12月至2016年11月我院收治的204例甲状腺良性肿瘤患者为研究对象,随机分为FTS-CNP组(实验组,n=102)和常规护理组(对照组,n=102)。比较两组围术期指标(住院时间、术后首次下床活动时间、术后首次进食时间)、焦虑情况[焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分]差异,并比较两组术后3个月内并发症(手足抽搐、声音嘶哑、甲状腺功能减退)发生情况差异。结果实验组住院时间、术后首次下床活动时间、首次进食时间等围术期指标和手足抽搐、声音嘶哑、甲状腺功能减退等术后并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院时两组SAS评分均较入院时和术后1d时低(P<0.05),且实验组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论甲状腺良性肿瘤围手术期患者应用FTS-CNP管理,可减少住院时间、术后首次下床活动和首次进食时间,改善患者焦虑情绪、降低并发症发生率,对其术后康复有利。

Objective To discuss the application effects of CNP under FTS treating thyroid benign tumor during perioperative period.Methods204cases of thyroid benign tumor patients admitted and treated in our hospital during December2014and November2016were selected as the study objectives.They were randomly divided into FST-CNP group(experiment group,n=102and conventional nursing group(contrast group,n=102).Compare the index during perioperative period including hospital stay length,the first off-bed activity time after surgery and the first diet time after surgery as well as the difference of anxiety condition(SAS scores).Meanwhile,compare the difference of complications within3months after surgery including tetany,hoarseness and hypothyroidism.Results The perioperative index such as hospital stay length,the first off-bed activity time after surgery and the first diet time after surgery as well as the occurrence rate of postoperative complications including tetany,hoarseness and hypothyroidism condition in the experiment group were all lower than the contrast group(P约0.05).The SAS scores when patients discharged from hospital were lower than those when they admitted hospital or1d after surgery(P约0.05).And the index in the experiment group were lower than the con原trast group(P约0.05).Conclusion Thyroid benign tumor patients during perioperative period adopting FTS-CNP management can re原duce the hospital stay length,the first off-bed activity time after surgery and the first diet time after surgery,improve the patients'anxiety condition and decrease the complications occurrence rate.It plays an important role in promoting the postoperative recovery.
