摘要
基于对学生教学评分和问卷调查,本文从教师的知识能力、语言能力、教学策略与方法、教学态度、创新能力、情感交流和个性魅力等几方面对大学英语教师综合教学能力进行调查与分析。通过分析可知,学生对教师的教学评分和问卷调查能相对客观地反映教师的总体教学水平和质量;教师的教学策略与方法、教学态度是影响学生评教的主要因素;教师通过教学反思,改进教学方法、加强课堂互动等能极大地影响或改变学生评教结果。
The objective of this study is to investigate and analyze the comprehensive teaching competence of college English teachers from the aspects of the teachers' knowledge,linguistic ability,methodology,teaching attitudes,innovative ability,emotional communication and personal charm based on the students' ratings of teaching.The findings indicate that students' ratings of teaching and questionnaire can relatively and objectively reflect the overall teaching quality of teachers; that teachers can significantly influence or alter the results of students' ratings of teaching through teaching reflection,improving teaching methods and having more interaction with students.
