高炉非稳态出铁过程中死料柱状态对铁水流场影响的数值模拟 被引量:3

摘要 高炉炉缸内由于存在死料柱,所以铁水流动情况非常复杂。利用FLUENT软件的VOF方法进行数值模拟,研究了高炉出铁过程中死料柱的形状和状态对炉缸内铁水非稳态流动的影响。结果表明,不同形状死料柱在沉坐和浮起状态下,均有铁水环流、漩流产生,出铁口远端有混流产生;其中圆柱形死料柱在浮起状态下,炉缸内有非对称的漩流产生;圆弧形死料柱在浮起状态下,炉缸内有大量旋流产生。死料柱在沉坐和浮起状态下,炉缸底部较大剪应力主要分布在铁水环流和漩流区域,以及出铁口附近区域。死料柱浮起状态下对炉缸内铁水流动影响较大。 The hot metal flow is very complex because of the deadman in the blast furnace hearth.The effect of deadman’s shape and state on the unstable flow field of hot metal of blast hearth in transient tapping process was simulated by using the VOF method in FLUENT software.The results showed that when the three shapes of deadman were in the sinking and floating state,the obvious circulating and vortex flow of hot metal near the sidewall and a mixed flow zone far from the taphole at the corner of hearth were produced.When the cylindrical deadman was in floating state,asymmetric vortex flow of hot metal was generated in the hearth;when the hemispherical deadman floating,a lot of vortex flows produced in the hearth.When the deadman was in sinking and floating state,the larger wall shear at the bottom of the hearth was mainly distributed in the circulating flow area and the vortex flow area,and in the vicinity of the iron notch.The floating deadman had a great influence on the flow of hot metal in the hearth.
