摘要 基于布局优化相关理论,根据大连市区实际医疗状况,借助GIS技术中叠加分析、缓冲区分析以及Voronoi图和网络分析方法,通过精确构建大连市道路网络图作为数据准备,运用服务半径、Voronoi图分析以及位置分配模型对大连市5个区居民就医可达性是否合理进行深入分析和评价.研究结果显示:大连市区虽属于医疗资源丰富区,依然存有医疗设施总体分布不平衡、数量短缺、部分规模小以及医疗体系不完善的问题,应将中山区冗余的医疗资源向区域西部迁移、增加甘井子区医疗设施数量、扩大专科医院规模同时完善医疗体系,以便达到医院布局合理性,实现大连市医疗事业健康稳定发展的目的. Based on the theory of layout optimization,according to the actual medical situation in Dalian City,by means of overlay analysis of GIS technology,buffer analysis and Voronoi diagram and network analysis,through the precise construction of Dalian City road network map as data preparation.A depth analysis and evaluation of whether the residents’accessibility of medical treatment is reasonably in the five districts of Dalian city by using the service readius,Voroni diagram and location allocation model.The research results show that,Although the urban area of Dalian City belongs to rich medical resources area,there are still the some problems such as the imbalance of the overall distribution of medical,a shortage of some small scale and medical system problems,Redundant medical resources in Zhongshan should be migrated to the western region,increasing the number of Ganjingzi medical facilities,expanding the scale and improve the hospital medical system,in order to achieve the purpose of reasonable layout and stable and healthy development of Dalian medical industry
