不同注射速率在普美显肝脏MRI中整体图像质量影响的护理研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的探讨采用不同的注射速率在普美显肝脏增强MRI中对整体图像质量的影响。方法选取180例患者,按注射速率分为3组,每组60例,分别采用1.0mL/s、1.5mL/s和2.0mL/s的注射速率,比较3组不同注射速率对比剂对肝动脉期伪影、MRI成像质量及不良反应发生率的影响。结果三组患者肝动脉期伪影组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),以1.0mL/s组更优;图像质量方面,注射速率为1.0mL/s组总体得分为(16.68±1.898)分,1.5mL/s组得分为(16.36±1.879)分,2.0mL/s组得分为(12.94±2.42)分;经统计学分析,1.0mL/s组、1.5mL/s组与2.0mL/s组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2.0mL/s组图像得分明显低于其他两组。不良反应方面,1.0mL/s组、1.5mL/s组患者均没有出现不良反应,发生率为0%;2.0mL/s组有1例患者有恶心感,不良反应发生率为1.67%。经统计学分析,1.0mL/s组、1.5mL/s组不良反应发生率明显低于2.0mL/s组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝脏普美显增强MRI中,以1.0mL/s速率注射对比剂动脉期伪影发生率明显低于1.5mL/s和2.0mL/s,图像质量更优,同时安全性更高。
