摘要 基于气象业务监控系统的现状,详细剖析了现有监控系统存在的问题和发展需求。通过调研国内外相关行业监控系统设计,结合气象信息化和业务现代化的目标,提出气象综合业务实时监控系统设计思路。系统设计采用大数据、云计算技术建立开放、高效、可扩展的监控系统框架,通过规范化的监视信息采集和控制接口,接入观测、信息、预报、服务和政务管理等气象业务"全流程、全要素、全过程"的监视信息,实现对气象综合业务的实时监视和控制。 Based on the status of current meteorological operation monitoring system,key problems and development needs for the system are analyzed in detail.In terms of advanced design concepts in other industries and the informatization and modernization demands for the national meteorological operation,a new design is put forward for real-time monitoring system for integrated meteorological operation.By reconstructing the operation and maintenance platform,the new system should utilize an open,efficient and scalable system architecture to standardize the access of monitoring information and realize the whole-flow,whole-element and whole-process monitoring in the integrated meteorological operations,including observation,information,forecasting,services and business management,etc.
