高校图书馆文献资源开放共享模式的研究与实践

Research and Practice on the Open and Sharing Model of Literature Resources in University Libraries

为了适应国家"倡导全民阅读,建设书香社会"的要求,提高民族素质,推动创新型人才的培养,高校图书馆要创造条件为个人、政府、企事业单位等社会读者提供文献信息服务。以成都工业学院图书馆为例,以高校图书馆文献资源开放共享的内涵与模式为切入点,论证了高校图书馆文献资源开放共享的必要性,开展了高校图书馆文献资源开放共享的研究与实践,制订了相应的制度,搭建了文献资源开放共享的平台,建立起文献资源开放共享的协作机制,聚集了一定数量的社会读者并产生了良好的社会效益,取得阶段性的研究应用成果。

In order to meet the requirements of“universal reading and scholarly society”advocated by our country,and improve the national quality and promote the cultivation of innovative talents,the libraries of universities should provide the literature service for the individual,the government,enterprises and other public institutions.Taking the Chengdu Technological University as an example and taking the connotation and mode of opening and sharing the literature resources of the university as the breakthrough point,the necessity of opening and sharing the literature resources of the university was demonstrated.The Chengdu Technological University has carried out the research and practice on the open and sharing of the literature resources of the university,for example,developing a corresponding system,setting up a sharing platform,establishing a recourses open and sharing cooperation mechanism,and finally gathering a certain number of social readers and producing good social benefits.Phased research and application results has been obtained.
