感觉统合训练联合心理干预治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍患者的疗效观察 被引量:8

Efficacy of Sensory Integration Training in combination with psychological intervention in treating ADHD( attention deficit hyperactivity disorder)

摘要 目的探讨感觉统合训练联合心理干预治疗儿童注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder,ADHD)患者的临床效果。方法选取门诊治疗儿童ADHD患者94例,随机分为观察组与对照组,均予以哌甲酯治疗;对照组予以单纯的心理干预,观察组在对照组此基础上予以感觉统合训练。干预12周后,观察2组患儿干预前后Conner行为评定量表的变化,比较其临床疗效。结果干预12周后,2组患儿的Conner行为评定量表各项评分均较干预前下降,且观察组下降的幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的临床总有效率(95.74%)优于对照组(82.98%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.03,P<0.05)。结论在药物治疗儿童ADHD基础上,予以感觉统合训练联合心理干预治疗的效果明显优于单纯的心理干预治疗,能明显改善其行为能力。 Objective Objective To determine the efficacy of‘sensory integration training’in combination with psychological intervention as a therapy for treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)in children.Method94children with ADHD taken as the subjects of study were at first randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group.Both groups were treated with methylphenidate before the controlled study.Next,the control group were subjected to psychological intervention while the experimental group were subjected to sensory integration training in addition to psychological intervention as given to the control group for12weeks.Conner Behavioral Observation Scales was then used to document the behavior of the subjects.The changes in behavior of the two groups before and after intervention were lastly compared and analyzed so as to determine the efficacy of the therapy.Findings After12weeks of treatment,the score obtained with Conner Comprehensive Behavior Rating Scale in each benchmark by both groups was lower than before treatment.The decrease rate in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total clinical efficiency rate of the experimental group(95.74%)was greater than that of the control group(82.98%).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.03,P<0.05).Conclusion Based on drug treatment,integration training combined with psychological intervention as a therapy for the treatment of ADHD is more effective than psychological intervention alone and can significantly remedy children’s behavior.
