随着近年来国际物流行业的发展,国际货代行业的竞争趋于白热化,转型迫在眉睫。而信息系统的流程设计决定着国际货代的业务流程,同时也决定着货代的服务质量。在"一带一路"战略实施的大环境下,利用国际货代信息系统的迭代推动国际货代的转型升级成为了可能。基于流程再造的设计方法,加入新的功能,提出一种高度整合的新型国际集装箱货代集成化信息系统设计方案,从内容和方法上为货代信息系统的开发与改造提供参考。

In recent years,with the development of international logistics industry,the competition of international freight forwarding industry in China is becoming more and more intense.In the environment of"The Belt and Road"strategy,using international freight forwarding information iteration to promote the international freight forwarding transformation and upgrading has become possible.Based on the planning and design method of process reengineering,this paper proposes a new integrated design and planning of integrated international freight forwarding integrated information system.This paper will provide the reference for the development and transformation of freight forwarding information system from the method and content.
