摘要
香菇为木腐生菌类,在其袋料栽培中以阔叶杂木屑为主要基质,而杂木屑的粗细比例不同会对香菇的生长和生殖产生一定的影响。设计不同比例的粗细杂木屑组合,进行香菇栽培配方优化试验。结果表明:试验范围内,各栽培配方中香菇均可生长,但长势和商品性能有明显差异,其中以配方(2)(粗木屑52%、细木屑26%、麦麸20%、蔗糖1%、石膏1%)菌丝生长最好,商品性能均高于其他配方。
Being wood saprophytic fungi,shiitake mushroomwere cultivated mainly by sawdust of broadleaf in plastic bag.The growth and propagation of shiitake mushroom were influenced by the thickness ratio of sawdust.In order to choose an optimal cultivation medium,different thickness ratios of sawdust were used to cultivate shiitake mushroom in this experiment.The result showed that the growth of shiitake mushroomwas promoted among all tests selected.Differencescould be examined in growth potential and commodity feature.The mycelia growth and commodity feature in test2with52%thick sawdust,26%thin sawdust,20%wheat bran,1%sucrose and1%plaster were better than other tests.
