摘要
在国家着力推进军民融合背景下,分别对民用技术转军用技术、军用技术转民用技术转让的移动定价机制进行研究。考虑模型选取的实际因素,利用博弈理论分析技术转移过程中决策主体的定价方式,在不完全信息条件下,对民用技术转军用定价过程建立讨价还价模型,对军用技术转民用建立两部定价模型,并将模型应用于技术转移实例中,得出符合实际的最优定价数值,为军民技术深度融合提供科学的定价机制理论。
Under the background of carrying forward civil-military integration energetically,this paper aimed at research of pricing mechanism for technology transfer separately for civiltechnology turning to military and militarytechnology turning to civil,considering the practical factor and analyzing the pricing method for the subjects of decision-making during the process of technology transfer.Next,under the condition of imperfect information,established the bargaining model for civil technology turning to military technology and the two-part tariff model for military technology turning to civil technology,which were applied to the practical examples of technology transfer.Finally,carried out the best pricing value,which provided scientific and reasonable pricing method for deep civil-military integration.
