复杂应力影响下顺槽支护技术优化

摘要 以山西晋城煤业集团公司寺河矿二号井97采区97205巷为工程背景,对巷道在原有支护方式下围岩的变形进行分析,提出了预应力"鸟窝"锚索、蛇形锚杆、金属网联合支护技术。结果表明:该技术提高了支护系统对巷道围岩的支护效果,巷道两帮移近量仅为原支护方式的三分之一,顶底板移近量为原支护方式的70%,巷道围岩的整体性及抗变形能力得到极大的提高,为巷道锚杆支护设计提供了新的依据。 In this paper,we take the no.97205,no.2 well of Sihe mine,Jincheng Coal Industry Group,as the engineering background.We analyzed the deformation of roadway surrounding rock in the original support mode,the pre-stress"bird's nest"anchor,snake bolt and metal mesh combined support technology have been proposed.The results showed that this technique improves the effect of support system on roadway surrounding rock,that the two sidewall deformation value of the mine roadway was only a third of the original deformation,and that the deformation of top floor plate was 70%of the original deformation.It increased the integrity of surrounding rock and its ability to resist deformation,and it provided a new basis for support design of roadway bolt.
