摘要
小屯煤矿6中煤顶板、低板岩性较为松软,含有大量的伊利石、蒙脱石等遇水膨胀性矿物。沿空巷道原支护采用树脂端锚,巷道两帮移近量和底臌量将近1000mm,严重影响矿井生产。采用注浆锚杆、注浆锚索对沿空巷道锚注支护,现场检测证明锚注支护技术体系可以有效控制三软沿空巷道的变形和破坏。
6 middle coal roof and low lithology of Xiaotun Coal Mine are relatively soft,which contains a large amount of illite,montmorillonite and other water-swelling minerals.Resin end anchors are used in the original support of the roadway,and the two sides of the roadway and the bottom droplet are nearly 1000mm,which seriously affect mine production.By using grouting bolt and grouting anchor cable to anchor the support on the air roadway,can effectively control the deformation and damage of the three soft roadways,as is proved by field tests.
