摘要 综采工作面通过各个机械设备相互协调完成采煤工序,但是工作面内布置的机械设备种类、数量多,设备分布区域广,在采煤过程中需多人同时操作设备,无法完全实现集中控制自动化采煤,对此山西煤炭进出口集团左云长春兴煤业有限公司通过技术研究设计一套自动化控制系统并在303工作面中应用,实践证明集中控制系统应用后实现了工作面少人或无人化作业,取得了显著成效。 Coal mining process should be finished by various mechanical equipment coordination of fully mechanized working face,but as the internal layout of machinery and equipment is various and numerous,equipment distribution area is wide,and many people operate equipment at the same time in the process of coal mining,unable to fully realize the centralized control automation coal mining,Zuoyun Changchunxing Coal Co.,LTD,Shanxi Coal Import and Export Group.,after technology research,designs a set of automation control system and applies it in 303 working face.Practice shows that the application of centralized control system realized less people or unmanned operation in working face,and has made remarkable achievements.
