摘要
目的探讨应用红蓝光联合重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮的临床效果。方法成都市第二人民医院2014年6月至2016年1月期间皮肤科门诊符合痤疮诊断的92例患者,以随机数表法分为联合组和对照组,每组46例;联合组病例在红蓝光治疗基础上联合应用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶,对照组仅常规进行红蓝光照射治疗;痤疮综合分级系统(GAGS)评估两组治疗2、4周的病情轻重程度,并统计两组病例的不良反应发生情况。结果联合组总有效率(93.48%)高于对照组(78.26%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前GAGS评分(病情轻重程度)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2、4周后,联合组GAGS评分为(17.59±4.49)分和(10.40±3.60)分,均低于对照组GAGS评分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应率(10.87%vs 8.70%)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论红蓝光联合应用重组人表皮生长因子凝胶治疗痤疮的疗效可靠,在总治疗有效率、减轻病情严重程度方面效果优于单纯红蓝光照射治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with red-blue light in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods 92 patients with acne vulgaris treated in Chengdu Second people's Hospital between June of 2014 and January of 2016 were selected as the subjects and divided into the combined treatment group and the control group by the random number table method,and each group included 46 cases.The combined treatment group was treated with recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with red-blue light,while the control group was treated only with red-blue light.The severity of acne vulgaris was evaluated by global acne grading system(GAGS)after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment respectively,and the incidence of adverse reactions was observed and compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the combined treatment group(93.48%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(78.26%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the GAGS scores(severity of the disease)between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while the GAGS scores of the combined treatment group after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were(17.59±4.49)and(10.40±3.60)respectively,which were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(10.87%vs 8.70%)(P>0.05).Conclusion The recombinant human epidermal growth factor gel combined with red-blue light is effective and safe in the treatment of acne vulgaris and it is better than red-blue light in improving the total effective rate and alleviating the severity.
