摘要
目的探讨生物反馈疗法对老年2型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法于四川省宜宾市某乡镇选取符合WHO(1999年)糖尿病诊断标准的老年2型糖尿病患者40例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。试验组接受8次生物反馈放松训练治疗,收集每次治疗前后生理指标及随机血糖值。对照组作为等待组在试验组治疗期间不接受治疗。结果经生物反馈治疗,试验组与对照组相比,随机血糖下降明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组经生物反馈治疗后右脑θ波、左脑θ波和心率明显低于治疗前的基线水平,皮温、RMSSD值和SDNN值均明显高于治疗前的基线水平,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生物反馈疗法可通过降低老年2型糖尿病患者的交感神经兴奋性,降低患者血糖水平,改善肢端微循环,预防坏疽发生。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of biofeedback therapy on elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods 40 elderly T2DM patients diagnosed by the WHO diagnostic criteria for diabetes in 1999 in some town of Yibin in Sichuan were selected and divided randomly into the treatment group and control group,and each group included 20 cases.The treatment group was treated with 8 times of biofeedback relaxation training,while the control group served as the waiting group and received no treatment during the treatment period of the treatment group.The physiological indexes and the random blood glucose values were collected both before and after each treatment.Results Compared with the control group,the random blood glucose values declined significantly after biofeedback treatment in the treatment group(P<0.05).The theta waves of both the right and left brains and the heart rate after biofeedback treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than the baseline levels before treatment(P<0.05),while the skin temperature and values of RMSSD and SDNN in the treatment group were significantly higher than the baseline levels before treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The biofeedback therapy can reduce the level of blood glucose and improve the acral microcirculation to prevent gangrene in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by reducing sympathetic excitability.
