摘要
采用红外热成像仪对蓄热式步进梁轧钢加热炉炉顶和炉墙温度进行测量,并根据测温结果进行炉体修补试验。结果表明,炉顶平均温度130℃,最高温度高于500℃的区域有20个,占22.0%;烧嘴侧、进钢侧及出钢侧炉墙平均温度分别为165、134和180℃,其中最高温度高于660℃的区域分别有1、9和15个,占比1.5%、32.0%和42.9%。炉体总体温度高,保温效果差。采用新型修补料修补后,炉顶最高温度从621℃下降至171℃,炉体保温性能提高。
Roof and wall temperatures of the regenerative walking beam reheating furnace for steel rolling were measured by using a infrared thermal image camera,and the repatching experiment was done based on measurement.The results showed that the average temperature of furnace roof was130℃,and there were twenty regions with maximum temperature higher than500℃,which accounted for22.0%in area.The mean temperature of combustion brickwork,inlet and outlet steel wall were165,134and180℃espectively,and the number of regions with maximum temperature higher than660℃was1,9and15,which accounted for1.5%,32.0%and42.9%in area.The highest temperature of furnace roof decreased from621℃to171益after using the new kind of repairing materials,so the thermal insulation performance of furnace body was improved.
