异步轧制等效应变速率的计算模型

摘要 为确定异步等效应变速率的计算模型,从理论上推导了压缩应变速率计算公式,结合压缩应变速率与剪切应变速率之间的关系,最终确定了等效应变速率的计算公式。利用轧制退火试验和JMAK方程,对该公式在轧制试验中应用的合理性进行了验证,并探讨了异速比和压下率对轧制等效应变速率的影响。结果表明,该公式对同步和异步轧制等效应变速率计算都是合理的;压下率相同,异速比为某一值时等效应变速率存在最小值;异速比相同,压下率与等效应变速率呈正相关。 In order to build a calculation model of equivalent strain rate in asymmetric rolling,the calculation formula for compression strain rate was theoretically deduced.The equivalent strain rate formula was finally determined combined with the relationship between the compression strain rate and the shear strain rate.The JMAK equation and rolling nnealing experiment was used to verify the validity of the formula applied in the rolling experiment.Furthermore,the influence of the speed ratio and reduction on the equivalent strain rate was discussed.The results showed that it's reasonable to calculate equivalent strain rate in the synchronous rolling and asymmetric rolling by using the formula deduced.Besides,there was a minimum value of equivalent strain rate when the speed ratio got a certain value at the same reduction rate,and the equivalent strain rate was positively correlated with the reduction rate at the same speed ratio.
