摘要
针对现有刚性称重试验台,建立地铁车辆车体称重模型,并介绍了调平刚度矩阵算法。结合现场数据验证了车体称重模型及调平刚度矩阵算法的正确性。提出了现有车体称重试验台加垫调平的改进算法。经验证,该改进算法无需大量迭代计算,即能直接找出满足要求的加垫量范围,节约了计算时间。
According to the current stiff weighing platform,a carbody load weighting model is established,the leveling stiffness matrix algorithm for metro vehicle is introduced.Combined with the field experiment data,the correctness of the model is verified,and the spring adjustment algorithm method is proposed,which can determine the adjustment scope without large number of iterative calculations,and save a lot of calculation time.
