摘要
城市轨道交通工程中的非牵引负荷配电变压器实际运行时存在容量过大、负载率较低等问题,不仅占用了大量的系统容量,还增加了变压器损耗。其主要原因是负荷计算时,没有对设备的运行工况进行分析。以济南轨道交通R3线龙洞庄站一、二级负荷分析为例,在了解主要设备运行特点的基础上,依据相关规范,分析配电变压器容量计算的方法,并根据用电来优化计算结果,从而得出更贴近实际运行工况的配电变压器容量,可为城市轨道交通负荷计算和变压器选择提供参考。
The actual operation of non-traction load distribution transformer in urban rail transit engineering often meets problems like excessive capacity,lower loading rate and so on,which not only occupy a large amount of system capacity,but also increase the transformer losses.The main reason is the missing analysis of equipment operating condition before calculating the transformer load.Based on an analysis of I and II classes of load at Longdongzhuang Station on Jinan R3 Line,with a full understanding of the operation characteristics of the major equipment,a capacity calculation method of distribution transformer is proposed according to the relevant provisions.The calculation results are optimized according to the power consumption,in order to obtain the data closer to the actual operating capacity.This method is significant for rail transit load calculation and transformer selection.
