渐进式社会主义市场经济改革中的人民币国际化问题探析

中国改革开放开创了渐进式改革之路。渐进式改革已然成为具有中国特色社会主义市场经济改革的主要方式。人民币国际化也应该遵循渐进式改革的道路。现有比较流行的人民币国际化路线图虽然遵循了渐进式改革的原则,但也存在着一些问题,造成了人民币汇率的不稳定,影响了人民币国际化的进程。人民币国际化的路径一定要结合中国的实际情况,同时又必须考虑当前的国际货币体系,在渐进改革中走不完全国际化道路:短期内充分发挥人民币计价、结算的功能,完善人民币回流机制;长期内伴随着国际货币体系改革成为非主权国际货币体系中的重要组成部分。
