摘要
随着功能训练理念在体能训练中的广泛应用,人们对"核心稳定性"认知及其训练手段的应用逐渐出现差异。通过对核心稳定性训练论述的分类和总结,对其进行辨析,便于这一概念在体育科研和实际训练中的合理应用。
With the extensive application of functional training concept in physical training,the difference between"core stability"cognition and training methods gradually appears.The article summarizes the recent literature and the expositions of the domestic and foreign scholars on core stability training so as to apply the concept to sport scientific research and practical training.
