注浆封堵技术在巷道渗漏涌水治理中的安全应用研究 被引量:3

摘要 为解决黑龙煤矿9+10+11号煤层回风巷道掘进过程中顶板涌水大的问题,通过分析该矿的工程地质和水文地质条件,确定了涌水水源来自上部K2、K3灰岩含水层,涌水类型为断层导通型。确定了涌水来源及主要通道分布情况后,根据"短掘短注,先掘后注,疏堵结合"的原则,提出对该巷道12~24m段采取分段注浆的技术方案,并确定了注浆钻孔设计、注浆参数选择等治理方案。注浆方案在现场实施后,注浆封堵治理取得显著效果。 In order to solve the roof gushing in return air tunneling coal seam9+10+11of one coal mine,the mine engineering geology and hydrogeology conditions are analyzed,it is determined that the gushing water comes from the upper part of K2,K3limestone aquifer and the gushing type is fault conduction type.Then according to the principle of“short digging and short injection,first digging then injection and dredging combined with blocking”,it is put forward that grouting technology solutions segment of the roadway12~24m should be taken,and also it is determined the grouting drilling design,grouting parameters selection and other programs.After the field implementation of grouting program,it has achieved remarkable results.
