喷淋水浴除尘器除尘性能实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对自主研发的一种喷淋水浴除尘器,实验研究了处理风量、水位高度和喷淋等因素对阻力、除尘效率和排放浓度的影响。结果表明:喷淋水浴除尘器在喷淋状态下,当处理风量为1 150m3/h,水位高度为0mm时,除尘器的阻力为750Pa,除尘效率达99.7%,排放浓度为4.52mg/m3。该喷淋水浴除尘器具有体积小、结构简单、阻力较低、除尘效率高和应用范围广等优点。 Experimental study of the spray and immersion dust collector independently designed was carried out and the influences of airflow,height of water level and spraying on pressure drop,collection efficiency and emission concentration were studied.The result shows that pressure drop,collection efficiency and emission concentration was750Pa,99.7%and4.52mg/m3respectively when airflow was1150m3/h and height of water level was0mm.The spray and immersion dust collector has advantages of small volume,simple structure,low pressure drop and wide application scope.
