煤基炭负载K/Ni催化剂脱除NO_x的研究 被引量:1

摘要 在N_2/O_2/NO气氛下,利用煤基炭同时作为载体和还原剂,通过固定床反应器进行催化还原脱硝实验。结果表明,负载KNi多组分催化剂煤基炭表现出良好的脱硝效果,在300℃下脱硝效率超过88%,而负载K、Ni单组分煤基炭分别为40%和28%。负载KNi多组分催化剂煤基炭经20%(wt)KOH改性预处理后,表面含氧类官能团含量明显增多,有利于催化剂均匀负载,在250℃时脱硝效率维持56%长达6 h,达到低温条件下稳定脱除NO的目的。 The experiment on denitration is done with fixed bed reactor under the atmosphere of N2/O2/NO,in which the coal char is used as carrier and reducing agent.The experimental results indicate that the denitration efficiency of coal char contained K/Ni bimetal components is88%under the experiment temperature of300℃while the single metal K and Ni is only40%and28%respectively.The coal char loaded bimetallic catalyst after pretreated with20%(wt)KOH solution keeps56%NO x removal efficiency as long as6hours for the rich content of oxygen containing functional groups on the char surface,accomplishing stable NO removal under low temperature.
