摘要
针对传统多符号检测算法(MSD)在脉冲编码调制/调频(PCM/FM)信号解调时存在复杂度高、工程实现难度较大的问题,提出了一种优化模平方的低复杂度多符号检测算法。通过将传统MSD中的模平方运算近似优化为绝对值加减法运算,使用的计算资源下降为原来的80%左右。仿真结果表明,与传统的MSD算法相比,该优化算法降低了计算资源,同时几乎不损失性能,有利于硬件的实现,具有较强的实用价值。
A low complexity multi-symbol detection algorithm with modular square optimization is proposed to solve the problem that the multi-symbol detection algorithm(MSD)has high complexity and is difficult to implement the demodulation of pulse-code modulation/frequency modulation(PCM/FM)signals.The used computing resources decrease to about80%of the original by the method of approximating the squared operation in traditional MSD to an absolute value addition and subtraction operation.Simulation results show that compared with the traditional MSD algorithm,the optimization algorithm reduces the computational resources with little performance degradation and is conducive to hardware implementation with strong practical value.
