电除尘技术发展可以分为两个阶段,20世纪70年代以前使用的旧式电除尘器和70年代后研发和应用新型电除尘器。介绍了硫酸生产用新型电除尘器的技术进展、结构和技术特点,以及近年来电除尘新技术的进展。电除尘器的操作和维护技术是电除尘技术的重要组成部分,近年来我国电除尘技术发展较快,一些电除尘新技术在硫酸生产电除尘器中也得到应用。

The development of electrostatic precipitator technology can be divided into two stages,the old electrostatic precipitator used before twentieth century70s and the new electrostatic precipitator developed and applied after70s.The technical progress,structure and technical characteristics of new ESP used in sulphuric acid production and the new technology of dust removal in recent years are introduced.Electrostatic precipitator operation and maintenance technology is an important part of electrostatic precipitator technology.In recent years,China s electrostatic precipitator technology developed rapidly,some of the new electrostatic precipitator technology in sulphphuric acid production of electrostatic precipitator has also been applied.
