摘要
在70 kt/a硫磺回收装置上考察了煤化工酸性气对硫磺回收装置烟气SO_2排放浓度的影响。结果表明:煤化工酸性气对一级反应器、加氢反应器入口尾气中有机硫含量影响较大,同时煤化工酸性气中CO_2浓度较高,严重影响胺液对H_2S的共吸收,该气引入硫磺装置后,对烟气SO_2排放体积浓度影响200 mg/m^3左右。
The influence of acid gas from coal chemical industry on the SO2emission concentration of flue gas from sulphur recovery unit was investigated on a70kt/a sulphur recovery unit.The results show that the coal chemical acid gas has great influence on the level of the reactor,and the organic sulphur hydrogenation reactor entrance in the gas,coal and chemical in acid gas with high CO2concentration,seriously affect the total absorption of H2S amine liquid,the gas into sulphur plant,influence of flue gas SO2emission volume concentration of about200mg/m3.
