摘要
介绍了氧化镁法脱硫技术的原理及工艺流程、副产物硫酸镁市场概况。通过小试试验验证氧化镁回收法脱硫技术的脱硫效率及脱硫氧化液产品化的可行性。小试试验表明:氧化镁法脱硫效果好,脱硫效率可达97%以上,副产物硫酸镁品质较好。氧化镁回收法治理冶炼环集烟气既可实现烟气清洁治理,又可回收利用脱硫副产物,使化工产品种类多样化。
The principle and process flow of magnesium oxide desulphurization technology and market situation of by-product magnesium sulfate are introduced.The desulphurization efficiency of magnesium oxide recovery technology and the feasibility of desulphurization oxidation liquid production were verified by small scale test.The experimental results show that the desulpphurization efficiency of magnesium oxide is good,the desulphurization efficiency can reach more than97%,and the quality of the by-product magnesium sulfate is better.The magnesium oxide recovery method can not only realize flue gas cleaning treatment,but also recycle the by-product of desulphurization,and make the variety of chemical products diversified.
