摘要
工业文明时代动物性食品生产的工厂化和规模化、现代化和化学化以及它的制度化,实现了它的投资效益和利润最大化,为社会提供品种多样的肉蛋奶。但是,它同时带来了食品安全、粮食安生、生态安全问题,这是动物性食品工业化、化学化生产负面作用的结果。"牧业生产的生态设计",是以生态学整体性观点,按照生态学规律,思考畜牧业生产,对新时代的牧业进行生态设计,走上生态文明时代动物性食品生产发展的道路。
In the era of industrial civilization,the industrial and scale production of animal food,and its modernization,chemicalization as well as the systematization,achieve the maximum benefit and profit of its investment,provide a variety of meat,egg and milk for the society.However,it also brings problems on food safety,grain security and ecological security,which are the negative effects of the industrial and chemical production of animal food.The“ecological design of livestock production”based on the ecological integrity view,in accordance with the principles of ecology,designs the stock raising in the new era,helps animal food production go into the age of ecological civilization.
