摘要
为了解决松软煤层筛管下放工艺过程中的钻孔轨迹随钻测量问题,通过对其工艺特性的研究,采用一种新型的偏心随钻测量机构,设计了一种外径20 mm,长度692 mm的小型探管,实现了不退钻测量并且不影响筛管下放,并在淮南张北矿进行了试验研究,结果表明:该套系统现场适应性好、数据准确、不影响筛管的下放、满足现场使用要求。
In order to solve the screen soft coal seam in the process of decentralization of borehole trajectory measurement while drilling,through the study of the characteristics of the process,a new type of eccentric drilling measuring mechanism is applied and a small probe diameter20mm length692mm tube is designed,to realize the back measur nonmagnetic eccentric mechanism miniature probe drilling trajectory measurement while drilling sieve tube decentralizationing and no affecting the screen decentralization,and also it is tested in Huainan Zhangbei Coal Mine.The result shows that the system has good adaptability and accurate data,the screen does not affect the decentralization and it meets the field requirements.
