The mixed reserve mode of emergency supplies combined with physical reserves and production capacity reserves is an effective way and direction to enhance the emergency support capabilities and optimize the allocation of social resources.Through theoretical and numerical analysis,optimal reserve schemes are presented under different conditions.Moreover,the impacts of emergency purchase price,production capacity subsidy,inventory cost and guaranteed capacity on the optimal reserve schemes as well as their managerial implications are further discussed.
