PSAF-CPAM高分子无机-有机复合絮凝剂表征及其对印染废水除磷效果分析 被引量:9

Synthesis of Polymeric Hybrid Flocculant PSAF-CPAM and its Phosphorus Removal in Printing and Dyeing Wastewater

摘要 以硫酸铝、硫酸铁、硅酸钠和阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)为主要原料,采用共聚法制备了PSAF-CPAM高分子无机-有机复合絮凝剂,同时选取PSAF和市面上最常用的聚合氯化铝(PAC)作为对比,探究一种对印染废水具有高效除磷效果的新型复合絮凝剂。结果表明,PSAF-CPAM的最佳制备比例为无机絮凝剂与有机絮凝剂质量比为70 1,PSAF-CPAM对印染废水总磷的去除率随絮凝剂投加量的增加而逐渐增大,在絮凝剂投加量金属离子浓度达到1 mol/L后增长趋势变缓,总磷去除率均在98%以上。同时,通过电镜扫描(SEM)和傅立叶红外分析(IR)对PSAF-CPAM絮凝剂的形态与结构等进行表征分析,发现PSAF和CPAM之间发生了化学反应,并形成了新的聚合物,验证了PSAF-CPAM絮凝剂总磷去除效果较好的微观合理性。 Polymeric hybrid flocculant is prepared using aluminum sulfate,ferric sulfate,sodium silicate and cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM)with co-polymerized method.At the same time,flocculant PSAF and the most commonly used polymeric aluminum chloride(PAC)are selected as a contrast to explore a new type of composite flocculant with high efficiency of phosphorus removal.The results show that,the optimum PSAF-CPAM ratio is the mass ratio between inorganic flocculants and organic flocculants701,the removal rate of total phosphorus of prining and dyeing water gradually increases with the increase of flocculants adding and when the concentration of the metal ions reaches1mol/L,the increase tendency slows down and the removal rate is above98%.At the same time,the scanning electron microscope(SEM)and FTIR(IR)is applied to conduct characterization analysis of PSAF-CPAM flocculant form and structure,finding that chemical reactions occur between PSAF and CPAM and a new polymer is formed,to verify the PSAF-CPAM flocculant TP removal micro rationality.
