摘要
目的了解中老年男性人群中腰围、腰臀比、BMI、脂质蓄积指数(LAP)、内脏脂肪指数(VAI)与血清睾酮水平的关系。方法选取40~75岁男性1 003例为研究对象,收集其人体学测量数据,检测其血清总睾酮、糖脂代谢指标,分析肥胖各指标和血清睾酮的关系。结果睾酮低下组(总睾酮≤11.5 nmol/L)的腰围、腰臀比、BMI、LAP、VAI大于睾酮正常组(总睾酮>11.5 nmol/L),P均<0.001;相关性分析提示腰围、腰臀比、BMI、LAP、VAI与总睾酮呈负相关(P均<0.001),校正血压、血糖、血脂等混杂因素后,腰围、腰臀比、BMI、LAP与总睾酮的相关性仍有统计学意义(P均<0.01),其中腰围与总睾酮水平的相关性最明显(r=-0.360),其次为BMI(r=-0.343)和LAP(r=-0.261)。结论中老年男性人群中,腰围、腰臀比、BMI、LAP与血清睾酮呈负相关,腰围是其中的较优指标。
Objective To examine the relationship between waist circumference(WC),waist-hip ratio(WHR),body mass index(BMI),lipid accumulation product(LAP)and visceral adiposity index(VAI)and serum testosterone levels in middle-aged and elderly men.]Methods[WTBZ]A total of1003men aged40-75years were recruited in this study.The anthropometric data were collected.The serum levels of testosterone and glycolipid metabolism-related parameters were quantitatively measured.The relationship between different indicators of obesity and serum levels of testosterone was analyzed.[WTHZ]Results[WTBZ]In the low testosterone level group(≤11.5nmol/L),WC,WHR,BMI,LAP and VAI were significantly larger compared with those in the high testosterone level group(>11.5nmol/L),all P<0.001.The serum levels of testosterone were negatively correlated with WC,WHR,BMI,LAP and VAI(all P<0.001)After the adjustment of confounding factors of blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid,WC,WHR,BMI and LAP were still significantly correlated with testosterone level(all P<0.001)The correlation between WC and testosterone level was the highest(r=-0.360),followed by BMI(r=-0.343)and LAP(r=-0.261[BF])[BFQ].[WTHZ]Conclusions[WTBZ]In middle-aged and elderly men,WC,WHR,BMI and LAP are negatively correlated with testosterone level.Among them,WC is the optimal indicator
