The Rebuilding of the HVAC System in an Office Building in Chengdu

成都某办公楼空调运行中出现部分空调内区房间空气品质不良,房间空调过冷过热,人员舒适度差等不良问题。对项目进行现场调研,分析出现问题的原因,提出空调系统的改造方案。改造后根据用户进行回访表明问题得到较好解决。

For the operation of the HVAC system in an office building in Chengdu,some problems were found that the indoor air quality in some interior zones was poor,some rooms were too much cold or hot,and occupants always felt very uncomfortable. Through a site survey,we analyzed the reasons for those problems and proposed a rebuilding plan.After the rebuilding of the HVAC system,a new survey showed that the indoor air quality was significantly improved.
