摘要
对引进的21份高油酸花生种质材料进行产量、品质和抗病性评价与筛选,结果表明:2016S28、2016L4、2016L16和花育33分别比对照品种泉花551增产11.35%、4.68%、2.51%和0.26%,其中2016L4和2016L16油酸含量在65%以上,可进行小范围示范和试种;油酸含量较高的4份材料是2016S24、2016S9、2016L9和2016L2,分别为79.23%、78.75%、77.41%和77.07%,可作为高油酸材料配制杂交组合。
The yield,quality and disease resistance of21introduced peanut germplasm materials with high oleic acid were evaluated and screened.The results showed that,compared to the control species‘Quanhua551’,the yield of‘2016S28’,‘2016L4’,‘2016L16’and‘Huayu33’increased by11.35%,4.68%,2.51%and0.26%,respectively.In which the contents of oleic acid of‘2016L4’and‘2016L16’were more than65%and could take a small range of demonstration and trial plant.The4materials with high oleic acid content were‘2016S24’,‘2016S9’,‘2016L9’and‘2016L2’,which were79.23%,78.75%,77.41%and77.07%,respectively,and they could be used as high oleic acid materials to prepare crossbred combinations.
