西藏2016年经济形势分析与2017年展望

An Economic Status Analysis of 2016 and Expectation for 2017 of Tibet

"十三五"开局之年的2016年,西藏经济继续保持了两位数增长的良好态势,供给侧结构性改革取得了新进展,需求拉动在补齐短板方面发挥了积极作用。当前,西藏经济发展仍面临总体经济发展水平低、产业支撑能力弱、内生增长动力不足、补齐短板任务重等挑战。模型预测表明,2017年西藏经济稳中求进的基本趋势将会延续,应坚持以供给侧结构性改革为主线推动经济社会持续发展。

In2016,the first year of China’s13th Five-Year Plan,Tibetan economy maintains a good momentum and the growth rate stays at double-digit.Supply-side structural reform has made new progress,demand side of social economy has showed its positive effects to Tibetan economy growth.However,Tibetan economy development still faces many challenges such as low overall economic level,weak industrial support,endogenous economic growth remains insufficient.All above makes up the weakness of Tibetan economic still has a long way to go.According to the model prediction,Tibetan economic development trend will remain stable in2017,and supply-side structural reform should be insisted to promote the economic development.
