Promotion Strategy and Implementation Paths for Fostering Yunnan College PE Teachers' Innovation in Teaching

高校体育发展的现实需求、发展困境和提高教学质量的任务都呼唤体育教学的创新发展,因此应从教学理念、方法、内容上着手,以深化教学研究、推广典范教学、常态化制度化管理等方式推进教学创新,构建起内容体系完善和创新氛围浓郁的教学环境,从而提高教师创新能力,完成高校体育教学改革创新的目标。

The practical needs of further development,the solutions to present predicaments,and the task of improving the quality of teaching of PE in Yunnan colleges and universities all call for an innovative development of PE.Pushing efforts in this direction may begin with enhanced research in developing new teaching ideas,methods,and content,with spreading exemplary teaching,and with normalizing and institutionalizing management,so that a complete content system is built and an atmosphere strong for innovation is created for teachers to uplift their creative ability and achieve the goal of innovative reform of PE in colleges and universities in Yunnan.
