A New Exploration to the Cultivation Mode of Innovative Talents for Postgraduates Majoring in Mao Zedong Thought

毛泽东思想研究专业研究生创新人才培养,对于坚持发展毛泽东思想、进一步推进马克思主义中国化、促进学科建设具有重要意义。现有的毛泽东思想研究专业研究生培养模式,难以符合该专业创新型人才培养的要求,可采用学科内范式引领导向型培养模式,在培养过程中做到面向未来的培养目标;面向体系的专业学习;面向范式的指导交流;面向能力的实践训练,并从信念、知识、原则、方法、能力五个维度进行创新人才培养。

The cultivation of innovative talents for postgraduates majoring in Mao Zedong Thought has important significance:sticking to and developing Maoism;advancing localization of Marxism;and promoting the discipline construction.Current training modes for postgraduates majoring in Mao Zedong Thought are not in accordance with the requirements of top creative talents training.Lead-oriented discipline within the paradigm is the right choice.In the process of talent training,mentors should apply future-oriented training objectives and paradigm-oriented guidance and communication;postgraduates should perform system-oriented professional learning and ability-oriented practical training.Furthermore,innovative talent cultivation should be carried out from five dimensions of belief,knowledge,principle,method,and ability.
