基于胜任力模型的大学生创业素质培养探析——以滁州学院为例

Cultivation of College Students' Entrepreneurial Quality Based on Competency Model——Taking Chuzhou University as an Example

提高在校大学生的创业素质是高等教育在新时期的重要使命。胜任力模型有利于全面了解学生的创业素质,是培养大学生创业素质的有力抓手。基于问卷调查和访谈方法对滁州学院在校大学生的创业素质进行比较分析,发现基于胜任力模型提高大学生创业素质可从发挥专业引力波作用,帮助学生明确学习目的,加强产学研合作,推进产教融合,提高学生信息搜集与时间管理能力等方面着力。

It is an important mission of higher education in the new era to improve the quality of College Students’entrepreneurship.The competency model can help us to get a comprehensive understanding of students’quality of entrepreneurship and is a powerful starting point to cultivate the entrepreneurial quality of College students.The research did a comparative analysis of the entrepreneurial quality of college students in Chuzhou university by means of questionnaire and interview,and then put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to develop college students’entrepreneurial quality in an all-round way by means of playing a role of professional gravitational waves,helping students clear learning goals,strengthening the industry-university-institute cooperation,promoting the production-education integration,and improving students’information gathering and time management skills.
