异常妊娠大出血的护理方法探讨

Discussion on the nursing methods of abnormal pregnancy hemorrhage

目的综合分析异常妊娠大出血的护理方法。方法选取我院2014年6月~2016年11月收治的61例异常妊娠大出血患者作为研究对象,采取回顾性的研究方法分析61例异常妊娠大出血患者的临床急救结果及相关护理措施,从中找出最为理想的急救和护理方案。结果 61例异常妊娠大出血患者中阴道分娩4例(占6.56%)、剖宫产17例(占27.87%)、完全流产40例(占65.57%);新生儿存活率为31.15%(19/61);入选患者均得到相关治疗后康复出院。结论通过对异常妊娠大出血患者采取积极有效的急救处理措施和相关护理方法等,能够有效改善患者的预后效果。

Objective To comprehensively analyze the nursing methods of abnormal bleeding during pregnancy.Methods The general data of61patients with abnormal bleeding during pregnancy who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June2014to November2016were selected as the research subjects.A retrospective study method was conducted to analyze the clinical emergency results and the related nursing measures for the61cases of patients with abnormal pregnancy bleeding,and the most ideal first aid and nursing care plan was figured out.Results Among the61patients with abnormal pregnancy bleeding,4cases were vaginal delivery(6.56%),17cases were cesarean section(27.87%)and40cases were completely abortion(65.57%);neonatal survival rate was31.15%(19/61).The selected patients were recovered after treatment and were discharged.Conclusion It is effective to improve the prognosis of patients by taking active and effective first aid measures and related nursing methods for the patients with abnormal bleeding during pregnancy.
