颞下颌关节创伤性骨关节炎及其发病机制研究进展

颞下颌关节创伤性骨关节炎主要是由于创伤导致的关节软骨退行性病变,颞下颌关节创伤性骨关节炎是关节紊乱症的一种重要分型,根据资料显示,发病率高达26.6%~78.98%。有学者认为颞下颌关节创伤性骨关节炎是一种退行性病变,与此同时存在慢性炎症状况。目前的治疗以人工置换和药物缓解为主,但是目前缺乏逆转病变进展的药物治疗,基于此,必须理解颞下颌关节创伤性骨关节炎的发病机制,再从中寻找到有效的药物靶点。本文将颞下颌关节创伤性骨关节炎及其发病机制做统一综述。

The temporomandibular joint traumatic osteoarthritis is the traumatic degeneration of articular cartilagemainly caused by trauma.And the temporomandibular joint traumatic osteoarthritis is an important type of joint disorders.According to the data,the incidence rate is as high as26.6~78.98%.Some scholars believe that temporomandibular joint traumatic osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease.At the same time there are chronic inflammatory conditions.At present,current treatments mainly include manual replacement and drug remission.However,there is a lack of drug therapy to reverse the progression of the disease.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the pathogenesis of temporomandibular joint traumatic osteoarthritis and find effective drug targets.This article will make a unified review of the temporomandibular joint traumatic osteoarthritis and its pathogenesis.
