摘要
在分析居家养老模式存在的问题的基础上,提出通过多渠道筹措资金,扩大养老服务的覆盖面;推动养老服务队伍专业化,满足老年人多元化需求;大力宣传孝道文化,提升家庭养老作用等措施完善城市社区居家养老模式。
This paper focuses on the problems of home-based care services in our country,then puts forward that we should finance with multi-channel to extend coverage of providing for the aged,train professional service team to satisfy the need of the old man,and disseminate the culture of filial piety to promote the effect of home-based care.
